Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
- Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., used accessories, earrings)
Return Process
To complete your return, please fill out the [Return Form]. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank for further details.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at customer.care@popfashion.it, and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
